Jenny McCann was an Environmental Inspector who worked for "Natural England". When Roy Cropper found evidence that bats were roosting on the Victoria Court development site in April 2008, the inspector was called in to take a look round. Main investor Tony Gordon and building site foreman Matt were present while the inspector undertook her investigation but she found that there was no bats currently roosting on the site, although indications that there had been. She stated that she would be submitting her report and told Tony that it probably wouldn't be the end of the matter - suspicious that the bats had been removed.
