Keith Drinkel (born 14th November 1944 in York) appeared on Coronation Street in two roles: firstly appearing between September and October 2001 and in May 2002 as Maurice Gregory, father of Rovers' barmaid Geena, and he returned to the programme between May and August 2005 as Bob, a short-term partner of Liz McDonald.

Studying at St. Michael's College in Leeds, he graduated in Drama at Birmingham University in 1967.

His other credits include roles in The Newcomers, The Contenders, A Family at War, Looking for Clancy, Crown Court, I Didn't Know You Cared, Tales of the Unexpected, Grange Hill, Midsomer Murders, Doctors and a role in the 1982 epic Ghandi.

On stage he has appeared in productions of Hamlet, Much Ado About Nothing, Jack & the Giant, Dick Whittington, Business Affairs, Casting Shadows, The Darkest Room, Rough Crossing, Safari Party, Soul Traders and The Picture of Dorian Gray.
