Kenneth MacDonald

Kenneth MacDonald
(20th November 1950 - 5th August 2001) was a British actor, most famous for his role as Nag's Head landlord Mike Fisher in the long-running BBC sitcom Only Fools and Horses between 1983 and 1996.

He appeared on Coronation Street in 1973, playing health inspector Mr Worsley.

He also appeared in the regular role of Gunner 'Nobby' Clark in all 56 episodes of wartime sitcom It Ain't Half Hot Mum (1974-1981), alongside Windsor Davies, George Layton and Donald Hewlett.

His other television credits include episodes of Z Cars, Upstairs, Downstairs, Last of the Summer Wine, Dad's Army, Come Back Mrs. Noah, The Famous Five, Tenko, Shine on Harvey Moon, Boon, Surgical Spirit, Brookside, Crocodile Shoes, Heartbeat, The Thin Blue Line, The Bill, Goodnight Sweetheart, David Copperfield, The Mrs. Bradley Mysteries and Peak Practice.

He died suddenly, aged 50, while holidaying in Hawaii with his family.
