Laura Checkley appeared on Coronation Street in December 2014 as Lagoon Spa assistant Phil.
Her other credits include roles in Rosemary & Thyme, Criminal Justice, Edge of Heaven, Cradle to Grave, Detectorists and Raised by Wolves, along with a role in the 2016 feature film Bridget Jones's Baby.
On stage she has appeared in productions of Hormonal Housewives, Wind in the Willows, The Snow Queen, By Jeeves, Two Cities, My Fair Lady, Teechers, Grease, Brenda Bly Teen Detective, Cabaret and The Boyfriend.
