Lloyd Lamble (born 8th February, 1914 in Melbourne, Australia, died 10th April 2008 in Sydney) appeared in Coronation Street in October 1971 as the Magistrate's Chairman at the trial of Jerry Booth for assault.

In his career of some forty years, he appeared in many television roles in the UK and the USA including parts in ITV Television Playhouse, Colonel March of Scotland Yard, The Errol Flynn Theatre, The New Adventures of Charlie Chan, William Tell, The Third Man, The Pursuers, No Hiding Place, Dixon of Dock Gree, Armchair Theatre, Mrs Thursday, Armchair Theatre, Paul Temple, Z Cars, Pardon My Genie (with Roy Barraclough), Crown Court, Just William, Angels and Howards Way.

His film roles include Curse of the Demon, The Trials of Oscar Wilde, And Now The Screaming Starts and Blue Murder at St. Trinians.
