Lucy was a little girl suffering from terminal cancer who lived in vicar Billy Mayhew's parish. When the child fell seriously ill, Billy and his partner Sean Tully came up with ways to raise money, which included a butler auction at the Rovers Return Inn. After taking a turn for the worse in April 2015 a concerned Billy was at her bedside, but later on that day Billy relayed the devastating news that she'd passed away.
