After having some work done on his car at Websters' Auto Centre, business partner Tyrone Dobbs questioned the Man about the bag that was in the boot of his car. Without giving too much away, he opened the boot and thrusted the bag into Tyrone's arms, and said he could have it and hoped it would bring him more luck. When a surprised Tyrone asked what it was, the man told him it was "a portal to vast, unimaginable riches".
Tyrone was over the moon that the man had given him a metal detector and rushed to the corner shop to show girlfriend Molly Compton his new acquisition. Quickly putting it to work he "detected" a pound coin on the shop floor.
