The unnamed Man was a customer of Webster's Autocentre who called them out when he had a flat tyre. Tyrone Dobbs responded to the call, chatting to the man about how he had to call into the Trafford Centre to replace Hope Stape's favourite toy unicorn. While out with the man, Tyrone's mobile charger ran flat and he was thus unable to receive a call that Hope, suffering from a childhood cancer, had been rushed into Weatherfield General.
