Mark Moraghan (born 27th January 1963 in Liverpool) appeared in Coronation Street between April and June 2015 as Adrian Mortimer, a love-interest for Eileen Grimshaw.

His career began when he selected from a school audition at the age of 15 for the BBC play Lies. He has since gone on to appear in Emmerdale, Waterfront Beat, The Chief, Boon, Heartbeat, The Vet, London's Burning, Peak Practice, Always and Everyone, Where the Heart Is and Doctors but remains best known for his regular roles in Brookside, Casualty and Holby City.

Film work includes Judge Dredd, Is There Anybody There?, Stepdad and Allies while a long list of stage work includes High Rise Dreamer, Macbeth, Twopence To Cross the Mersey, Bad Blood, Eric's, My Fair Lady, Our Day Out and A Nightmare on Lime Street.

In 2008, he appeared in Celebrity MasterChef and is the latest narrator for the children's series Thomas and Friends.He narrated the show since 2013 and remains with the progamme to this day.
