Mark Powley (born 4th October 1963 in Chelmsford, Essex) appeared on Coronation Street between September and October 2001 as Rob Lucas, who was put in charge of managing Skinner's Bookies and keen to buy the premises when it went up for sale.

Best known to British viewers as PC Ken Melvin in The Bill, a part he played between 1987 and 1990, other credits include roles in Rockcliffe's Babies, Bergerac, May to December, Lovejoy, Hollyoaks, Game On, Emmerdale, Heartbeat, Peak Practice, Rosemary & Thyme, New Tricks, Holby City, Life of Riley, Lewis, Casualty, Doctors and Birds of a Feather.
