He graduated from Manchester University with a 2.1 in English & Theatre and has also been credited for roles in Happy Families and 1914 All Out. Now working as a Drama and Documentary writer, he has penned scripts for Blood and Peaches, Walking on the Moon, Seamonsters and episodes of The Afternoon Play. He worked as a script doctor for Miramax, and wrote articles for GQ Magazine.
In his spare time he works as a Trustee for a Brighton charity working on several initiatives in East Africa to help poor communities develop their own small businesses. He also writes and produces music for his band, Fever Hut.
