Michael Siegel appeared in Coronation Street in February 2014 as a tourist at the Museum of Science and Industry which was also being visited by Amy Barlow and her parents.
Born and raised in Silver Spring, Maryland, United States of America, he began his acting career in 1982. For many years he was one half of the comedy duo of Licassi and Siegel, appearing several times on television, which gave him further parts in Santa Barbara and Thirtysomething. He moved to the UK in 1998 and has also appeared in Episodes and Jesus: His Life as well as the films Natalie, Out of Tune, Prime Contact, Portal, Where the Journey Ends, Red Sky and Love, Unemployed.
