Michael Yeaman appeared on Coronation Street as Alec Trenham in April and May 1986. A friend of Susan Barlow, he was a guest at her 21st birthday party and in attendance at her wedding to Mike Baldwin.
His other credits include roles in Quest of Eagles, The Eleventh Hour, Spender, In Suspicious Circumstances, Crime Limited, Heartbeat, Finney, ChuckleVision and Out of the Blue, along with the TV movies Jamie Running and Operation Julie.
He has written for BBC Radio 4 with works including Kathmandu or Bust, Boxing Clever (starring Thelma Barlow) and Going for Broke (starring Les Dennis), as well as penning episodes of Spitting Image and Smack the Pony. His award-winning play, Lucky Numbers began a week's run at The Customs House in South Shields in July 2008.
