Morris Parsons (born 27th November 1907 in Bury, died 12th September 1976 in Great Yarmouth) appeared in two roles in Coronation Street: firstly in April 1961 as a drunken customer in the Rovers Return Inn; and he made a return to the programme as Mr Kirkby in April 1966.
His other credits include Family Solicitor, Z Cars, No Hiding Place, Dixon of Dock Green, Softly Softly, Crossroads, Gazette and Hadleigh.
On stage, he appeared in productions of Outcast, Gaslight and Birds of Paradise.
