Manchester-born actress Natalie Blades appeared on Coronation Street in September 2009 as Janine, a waitress who worked alongside Leanne Battersby in an Italian restaurant in Leeds.
Having trained at the University of Salford and The Acting Studio in Manchester, she has portrayed minor roles on television in Mersey Beat, The Quest, Holby City, Fat Friends and Heartbeat, whilst on stage she has also appeared in productions of Terminal Bar, The Girlie Show, Cooking with Elvis, Northern Exposure and By My Baby.
