When Steve McDonald and Eva Price resolved to catch their respective partners Michelle Connor and Rob Donovan cheating on them, they turned up at the unnamed hotel in Sheffield and Steve talked to the receptionist, Neil. Steve told him that Michelle was his girlfriend and that he had arrived with her "sister". The receptionist offered to call Michelle and let her know they'd arrived, but Steve claimed that they were hoping to surprise Michelle and asked for her room number. However, the receptionist insisted that he could not reveal that information as a matter of security, but Eva stepped in and flirted with him until he told them what they needed to know.
