Philip Broadbent appeared in Coronation Street in May 2015 as David Platt's lawyer at the hearing to allow Callum Logan access to his son Max Turner. He returned to the programme in May 2020 as Don, the newly-appointed racist manager of the Viaduct Bistro.
He trained at the Manchester School of Acting and has also appeared in Bedlam, Appropriate Adult, Shameless, Homefront, Scott & Bailey, Doctors, In the Club and The Alienist.
Film roles include Greasy Spoon, Autopsy 51, Audax and Pandora.
