Philip Dinsdale appeared on Coronation Street in January 2004 as a Waiter employed at the upmarket Glass Restaurant where drayman Eric Gartside took Shelley Unwin out for a date.
Graduating from Durham University in 1994 with a BA (Hons) Combined Arts, he furthered his studies with a Post Graduate Acting degree at Drama Studio London two years later.
Other TV credits include roles in A Dance to the Music of Time and Emmerdale, while on stage he has appeared in productions of The Soldier's Tale, Underlay, Mousella, The Tempest, The Elephant Man, Visiting Grandad, Dazzling Medusa and Macbeth. He has also had roles in the short films The Next Victim, Seduction, Ecostein and The Hindsight Bias.
