Pip Donaghy (born 1944 in Redcar, Cleveland) appeared on Coronation Street as Eddie Baines. A friend of Don Brennan's, he dressed as a Roman Catholic priest and performed a ritual at 5 Coronation Street, convincing Vera Duckworth that he'd exorcised the ghost of the late Ivy Brennan.

Trained at the London Drama Centre, his other credits include roles in Z Cars, Softly Softly: Task Force, Play for Today, Crown Court, The Invisible Man, The Pickwick Papers, Oliver Twist, Maigret, Dalziel and Pascoe, The Bill, Holby City, Midsomer Murders, Casualty and Foyle's War.

A former member of the National Theatre and the Royal Shakespeare Company, he has appeared in productions including Albert Speer, Neverland, The Mill on the Floss, Nicholas Nickleby (Parts I & II), The Clearing, Romeo and Juliet, Widowers' Houses, The Consultant, Hamlet, The Taming of the Shrew, Gabriel, Ghosts and Taken at Midnight.
