The Police Officer was present at the scene in a Manchester street in December 2011 when Tommy Duckworth and Tina McIntyre returned to the place where she'd parked Rita Sullivan's car, only for them to witness the vehicle being towed away. The officer refused to do anything about the situation and insisted that it wasn't a police matter as the vehicle was illegally parked.
Tommy finally managed to get an incensed Tina to accept the notification of the parking fine and retrieve the vehicle from the compound it was being taken to when the officer suggested that they could carry on the conversation at the police station.
