The Practice Nurse was on duty at the Rosamund Street Medical Centre in May 2008 and trying to search for information on a patient by the name of Ted Page. After checking the medical records on the computer database, the nurse queried with Gail Platt as to why she couldn't find any trace. Gail explained that Ted was in fact her father, and not a patient.
