The Prison Officer who was on duty at Redford Prison in May 2010, was unflatteringly called "Big Bird" to her face by Tracy Barlow when she requested an interview with the police to give them information about a supposed confession made to her by an innocent Gail McIntyre, who was in jail with Tracy and charged with the murder of husband Joe. Tracy's ploy was to try and get kudos to be moved to an open prison.
