The Registrar spoke with Maria Connor at Weatherfield General after the discovery that her unborn baby that she was expecting with Liam Connor had died in the womb. She advised a shell-shocked Maria that she should go home and return the next day with someone to accompany her when they would induce the birth of the baby. Unable to tell Liam the news, she instead returned for the procedure with friend Marcus Dent.
