Robert Lawrenson (born 12th November 1971) is a British actor who played PC Glaister in Coronation Street between January 2003 and November 2004, returning as an unnamed Police Officer between May 2005 and June 2007. Trained at York, he also appeared in Crossroads, Holby City, Emmerdale and Doctors before moving to Canada in 2008 where he appeared in Smallville and has become more recently known for his portrayal of Declan MacRae in the science fiction series Sanctuary from season two onwards.
