Shobna Gulati (born 7th August, 1966 in Oldham) is an English actress who played Sunita Alahan in Coronation Street.

Prior to her spell in the Street she played Anita in Victoria Wood's series Dinnerladies prior to which she was a dance teacher, and in a 2006 absence from the programme she played Nisha Clayton in Where the Heart Is.

Shobna played Sunita from 2001 - 2006 and 2009 - 2013. She is currently a panelist on Loose Women.
