Actor Stuart Richman has played two minor roles on Coronation Street: he first appeared as an unnamed Vicar who officiated at Ashley Peacock and Maxine Heavey's wedding ceremony in September 1999 and also conducted the funeral service of Judy Mallett the following month. He returned to the programme in August 2001 as the Magistrate who presided over the court case when Roy and Hayley Cropper were charged with kidnapping runaway teenager Wayne Hayes.
With onscreen appearances from the early 1970s, his other TV and film credits include roles in Public Eye, Z Cars, Ladykillers, The Road to 1984, Brookside, In Suspicious Circumstances, Heartbeat, Sunnyside Farm, The Grand, Liverpool 1, Peak Practice, The Forsyte Saga, The Royal, The Magnificent 7 and Emmerdale.
