Trevor Gilbert Lawrence (born 27th July 1944 in Newhaven, Sussex; died 12th July 2012 in Weymouth, Dorset) appeared on Coronation Street in November 1971 as Knocker, a skinhead, who caused problems in the Rovers with his mates when they called in prior to a Weatherfield County FC match.
His other credits included roles in Callan, The Main Chance, Doomwatch, Z Cars, Doctor Who, Quatermass and the 1974 Hammer Horror film Captain Kronos: Vampire Hunter.
